Sustain UNL
All week long is the Spring Clothing Swap, April 25-29. The event is 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. daily on the Nebraska Union Greenspace.
Monday, April 25 & Tuesday, April 26 are Donation Days. Huskers can bring clothing and home decor items in good condition to donate. Volunteers will keep track of how many items you donate.
Wednesday, April 27 – Friday, April 29 are Swap Days. Students who donated items will be able to walk away with as many items as they donated; any additional piece will be priced 25 cents per item.
The proceeds and remaining items will benefit the Lavender Closet & the Good Neighbor Community Center.

Inclusive Period Care
The organization is having a Ceramic Earrings and Custom Tote Bag Fundraiser from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. April 26 at the Nebraska Union. The proceeds from the sale will be used to sponsor future menstrual product donations.

Alpha Chi Omega & Phi Delta Theta
The sorority and fraternity are teaming up for a Raising the Roof philanthropy to benefit the LiveLikeLou and The Friendship Home. From 5 to 8 p.m. April 27 at the AXO chapter house, the groups will serve Raising Cane's Chick Fingers, Cane's Sauce and a drink. Tickets are $7 in advance and $8 at the door.

Stop by the Nebraska Union from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. April 28 for the group's Bone Marrow Donor Drive to join the Be The Match bone marrow registry.

From 12 to 5 p.m. April 28, the fraternity is hosting its Dunk Tank Philanthropy fundraiser on the Nebraska Union Plaza. Attendees can dunk out active members of the fraternity and enjoy Dunkin Donuts.

All members of the panhellenic community are invited to Destress for Success from 4 to 7 p.m. April 28 in the Nebraska Union. This study party and social event will feature arts and crafts, snacks, and music to help members relax before 15th week and and final exams.

Join the group for their SPLATTERGANZA at the UNL Crime House from 5 to 7 p.m. April 29. For $20 per person, attendees will enjoy splattering fake blood (a..k.a. fabric paint) on a white t-shirt, plus a cookout and yard games. The event is cash only.

Celebrate with this student organization at their FESTAC (Festival of African Culture) to be held at the Center for People in Need (3901 N 27th St) from 6:30 to 10 p.m. April 29.

American Cancer Society, UNL Chapter
Relay for Life is 1 to 6 p.m. April 30 at the Mabel Lee Rec Fields.
Relay For Life is a team fundraising event where team members take turns walking around a track to signify that cancer never sleeps while enjoying fun activities and friendships.
This signature annual fundraiser is for remembering loved ones lost, honor cancer survivors, and raise money to make a global and local impact on cancer. It is also a great opportunity to earn service hours and spend time bonding with friends.
In 2019, Relay For Life of UNL featured over 250 participants raising nearly $25,000. Anyone can register at https://www.relayforlife.org/unlne.

All students are invited to A Night with MASA, from 6 to 8 p.m. April 30 in the Nebraska Union.
The free event will feature a keynote address from Rómulo “R.J.” Vega, dance performances by Danza Raíces De México as well as snacks and drinks.

Students in all residence halls are to the Soccer Tournament and Backyard Games from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. April 30 at the Vine Street Rec Fields. Hammocks will be awarded to the players of the top team in the soccer tournament.
