Afrikan Peoples Union
The club will be hosting Pie A Member fundraiser in honor of the Mississippi water crisis from 12:30 to 2:30 p.m. October 3 on Meier Commons Greenspace. All proceeds will be donated to a Mississippi charity of APU's choosing.
The group will also be hosting BBQ on the Green later that evening from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. on Meier Commons for new and current members to network while enjoying free food.

Clay Club
The club will be hosting Visiting Artists Kate Waltman and Jolie Ngo on October 3 and 4 from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. in Richards Hall. Kate Waltman is a potter living and working in North Carolina who makes large stoneware vessels and fires them in wood and soda kilns. Jolie Ngo is a recent Alfred grad who makes colorful 3-D printed objects. Join for demonstrations and talks from both artists.

Middle Eastern and North African Student Association
In collaboration with Mexican American Student Association, Vietnamese Student Association, and African Student Association, join the club for Family Feud from 4:30 to 6 p.m. October 4 in Nebraska Union to learn about multiple topics in a fun way. RSOs will compete in teams of 4 in 3 rounds of a family feud-inspired game.

Campus Crusade for Christ
Join the club for “The Chosen” Watch Party from 8 to 9 p.m. October 4 at 17th Street Green Space to watch and discuss an episode of the TV show "The Chosen". Meet new people, bring your friends, and learn more about Campus Crusade for Christ and its mission.

Mexican American Student Association
The club is collaborating with OASIS for Loteria Night from 6:30 to 8 p.m. October 5 in OASIS Lounge. Participants will play different Loteria games from different countries to socialize and learn about Hispanic culture.

National Residence Hall Honorary
Join the club from 6:30 to 8 p.m. October 6 in the first floor WCDC lounge for Falling into Fun with NRHH, a fall-themed photo booth along with hot cocoa packets and Hersheys.

Gamma Phi Beta Sorority and Alpha Gamma Sigma Fraternity
The two organizations are partnering to host Carnival Philanthropy from 12 to 9 p.m. October 6 on 17th St Green Space to benefit Girls on the Run and the MS Foundation. For a $4 ticket, purchased in advance, or a $5 ticket at the door, each supporter will receive a Kona Ice snow cone and access to play carnival games throughout the night.

University Program Council
The group is hosting Lily Mendoza from 7:30 to 9 p.m. October 6 in Nebraska Union Swanson Auditorium. Lily Mendoza is the founder of the Red Ribbon Skirt Society, a grassroots collective dedicated to confronting the issue of missing and murdered indigenous women, children, and two-spirit and transgender people.

Women’s & Men’s Soccer Clubs
Cheer on the two clubs at their home games against Creighton and Wichita State University at Vine Street Fields. Women’s will take on Creighton from 7 to 9 p.m. October 7 and Wichita State University from 2 to 4 p.m. October 9. Men’s will play Creighton from 12 to 3:15 p.m. October 9.

Kauffman Residents’ Association
Join the club from 12 to 3 p.m. October 8 on the Kauffman Balcony and Green space for Beach on the Balcony to celebrate the end of summer with beach-inspired games and snacks. Anyone can partake in the activities with the donation of at least one non-perishable food item for Husker pantry.

Insect Science Club
The club will be hosting Wilderness Park Cleanup from 1 to 4 p.m. October 8 to help clean the trash from litter and create a better environment for parkgoers and the wild inhabitants of the park. The trash will then be used by an Insect Science Major student and Insect Science Club Member to create sculptures of insects for the city of Lincoln.

Ballroom Dance Club
The club is giving lessons and then taking you on the road for Country Swing Mini-Lesson and PlaMor Night from 7 to 8 p.m. October 8. First, meet the club at the Nebraska Union Ballroom for a FREE country swing dance lesson. Later, join the club for an evening of dancing at the PlaMor Ballroom, a favorite country swing spot. Entry fee to the PlaMor is $6 per person; photo ID is required.
