Late Night Dish It Up

Dish it Up is an interactive weekly conversation where individuals can share their views, learn from others, and engage in civil discussions concerning current events, topics affecting students’ lives, UNL, and national/international events.

U.S. National Women's Health and Fitness Day is a special day to promote the importance of health awareness and fitness for all women. This year, Campus Recreation is excited to offer multiple classes and events throughout the day to help celebrate and promote women's health.

Sheldon’s Great Hall will be transformed into a Great Study Hall for an afternoon. When you’re ready to take a break from your books, explore the galleries for inspiration and fuel up with free snacks.

In partnership with Big Red Resilience and Well-Being, there will also be Big Red Pawp-Up station outside for students to pet therapy dogs.

Learn how to meal prep for dinner, cook one recipe, and take home four servings in this 1-hour, interactive cooking class. This week’s recipe is Turkey Sausage, Sweet Potato, Brussels Sprouts, and Apple Sheet Pan with Cheesy Rice.
