This skill-building group, sponsored by University Health Center's Counseling and Psychological Services, introduces participants to different concepts and tools for building lasting recovery. Participants are first introduced to the maintaining factors of an eating disorder and identify how these factors function in their lives; participants then learn recovery skills that can promote health and well-being.
