This event is open to the public. Registration is currently available and will be available on the day of the race. Cost is $15.
Registration and number pickup will start at 3:15 p.m. in the Harper residence hall north parking lot. The run will begin on the nearby trail.
All runners will be entered into a raffle drawing for a $20 Fleet Feet gift certificate, and race winners will receive $25 Lincoln Running Company gift certificates.
The Nebraska Running Club is a recognized student organization that focuses on helping students to form lasting relationships and gain connections with other students and universities through social runs and events, as well as competitions.
This is the fifth annual run for Matt Talbot Kitchen in Lincoln. The goals of Matt Talbot are to serve the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of Lincoln’s working poor and homeless through outreach, advocacy, education and the provision of food and shelter. Proceeds will benefit Matt Talbot directly.
