First of our three concerts this fall is Bass Meets Voice. Jackie Allen and Hans Sturm began performing together as a duo in the mid 1980s and continue to this day playing both across the country and internationally, primarily in Europe. Together they will play music from the Early Bird Project (new compositions inspired by early-mid 20th Century Nebraska singers and composers).
On October 24 enjoy solos and duets from students in the Glenn Korff School of Music for harp, oboe, percussion, flute and violin in our concert: Playing with One or Two. Next up is the November 14 concert: Me and My Friends that's the University of Nebraska-Lincoln Student Chamber Ensembles. Spring concerts will be held in January, February and March. Join us for these concerts each lasts about 45 minutes.
