The Wellness Kitchen is the perfect environment to learn to cook or expand your skills. The state-of-the-art kitchen is located inside the Rec & Wellness Center on East Campus and frequently hosts classes by its on-staff Registered Dietitian and Dietetic Interns. Classes are open to the public and can accommodate all special dietary needs. Classes for January include:

COOKING AROUND THE WORLD
January 16th, 5-6pm, $10
Registration ends Jan. 14th at 5pm
The Wellness Kitchen is the perfect environment to learn to cook or expand your skills. Classes include a cooking coach that will lead participants through each step of the cooking experience and conclude with enjoying a delicious meal together. On the menu will be:
-Japanese Roasted Cauliflower Rice Bowl with Miso and Vegetables
-Mexican Chorizo con Papas
-Greek Quesadillas with Tzatziki

MAKE + TAKE LUNCH
January 25th, 11:30am-12:30pm, $5
Registration ends Jan. 23rd
Drop in over lunch to make a healthy, homemade meal. We'll lead you through how to plan for a quick lunch. After our brief cooking session, sit down to enjoy your lunch in the Wellness Kitchen or grab it and go! This lunch will fill you up so you won't be craving that unhealthy snack later in the day. On the menu:
