The University Health Center offers nutrition counseling services to help students learn to eat right for their body and treat food as medicine.

The registered dietitian creates individualized nutrition plans to help students manage a variety of health concerns:
- Fatigue
- Anxiety
- Stress
- Depression
- Hormonal health
- Digestion
- Migraines
- Weight concerns
- Food allergies/intolerance
- And much more

Students who pay the University Program and Facilities Fee get their first nutrition counseling visit for no cost. Additional 30-minute sessions are only $15 each. Call 402.472.5000 to schedule. Services are available Thursdays and Fridays from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
