Celebrating the 20th Anniversary of the magnificent 6000-pipe Lied organ, Daryl Robinson, winner of the American Guild of Organists’ most prestigious national competition, will make his Lincoln debut on Sun, Nov 5, 4 p.m., at First-Plymouth Church, 20th and D Streets.
A special feature of the program will be the Nebraska premiere of a dramatic work for two organs and choir by French composer Yves Castagnet.
There will be a pre-concert lecture about the organ and the concert at 3 p.m. in the Chapel of First-Plymouth Church by Dr. Chris Marks from UNL. Lecture is free.
