Very nearly all of us are challenged to some degree to reduce the quantity of things, regardless of their importance and our attachments to them that we have to account for as our lifestyle changes. How do we do it? How do we decide? Will sharing the same challenge with others help us find solutions? My Backyard
This is a rolling dynamic discussion once a month to learn about and plan what you want to do with your yard. We will discuss landscaping, lawn care, gardening, seeds, plants, weeds, making a custom garden, composting, wildlife friendliness and contacts for paid and unpaid assistance to meet your limitations and cultivate your curiosity in your habitat. Expect field trips, speakers and exchanges. Winter is the best planning time. Ripe home grown tomatoes and sweet corn by July 1! This is all about organizing with other OLLI members to enjoy the cuisine of Lincoln and perhaps nearby surrounding villages.
