Six months in, 2020 has proven to be a year of change and uncertainty. With the transition from on-campus to remote sites at the end of the spring semester, many students were unable to make and/or keep appointments with Career Coaches at UNL.

The Career Services Community at UNL is available all summer to connect and engage with students remotely, either to make up for a lost opportunity in the spring or to get a head start on the fall.

Career Coaches can help students:

  • Identify outside-of-the-box opportunities and strategies to gain experience this summer.
  • Develop job search strategies within the current environment.
  • Network and leverage virtual platforms to make connections.
  • Find relevant career resources available online.

To make an appointment, students can visit MyPlan, select the Career Development tile, and then search for advisors in their college. Access MyPlan here: https://unl.starfishsolutions.com/starfish-ops.
