The University Health Center Pharmacy eliminates the hassle for your student to access the medications they need to stay healthy.

The health center pharmacy is the only on-campus option for Huskers to pick up prescriptions, and our team can fill prescriptions from health center providers, community providers and providers from out of state.

If your student is currently getting their prescription at a different pharmacy, they can call the pharmacy at 402.472.7457 to transfer their prescription to be filled on-campus. All they need to provide is the information on their prescription label. The pharmacy also can ship prescriptions to your student’s residence hall, apartment or throughout Nebraska.

As cold and flu season approaches, your student can save time and money by stocking up on what they need at the health center pharmacy. The pharmacy sells inexpensive over-the-counter items including pain relievers, cough drops, thermometers and more. By scheduling an appointment, students can also receive the COVID-19 bivalent booster at the pharmacy.

Students should bring their prescription insurance information when they visit the pharmacy. The pharmacy accepts most major prescription insurance plans, cash, check, NCard, health savings account cards and major credit cards.
