If your student has been wanting to try a new workout, encourage them to watch for the week of free fitness classes during the first week of the semester.
Group fitness classes at Campus Recreation offer students the opportunity to work through personal fitness goals and relieve stress while connecting with fellow Huskers. Exercise classes are for all fitness levels and are led by certified and well-trained instructors. A semester-long pass costs just $20 and students can attend an unlimited number of classes.
Free week, held January 23-29, 2023, offers your student a chance to try out the classes that most interest them at no cost.
