The Weekender highlights free(ish) student-focused social events happening on the University of Nebraska–Lincoln campus on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday afternoons and evenings. All students are welcome. The list is continuously updated as events are announced.
Among the highlights were "Showtime" in the Coliseum, the Traditions Race, a cornhole tournament, parade and the Cornstock Festival. The celebration culminated with a gridiron matchup between Nebraska Cornhuskers and the Purdue Boilermakers. Click through the photo story to see the moments.
