Well-being coaching available to all students

Well-being coaching helps students learn how to create the life they want to live, both now and in the future by exploring VIA character strengths and discussing ways to improve their well-being.
Well-being coaching helps students learn how to create the life they want to live, both now and in the future by exploring VIA character strengths and discussing ways to improve their well-being.
A new program offers free well-being coaching to help students create the life they want. Students can schedule visits to discuss strengths and improve nine dimensions of personal well-being. Coaches are trained student volunteers with a passion for helping their peers thrive.
