It was great to hear from our campus stakeholders in our recent survey! The feedback and suggestions received will be used to strengthen our relationship with the university community along with our ongoing mission of customer service. We appreciate the nearly 500 responses and your willingness to provide feedback.

• 61% are located on city campus
• 60% interacted with procurement a few times a year

IT Procurement:
• Increase awareness of eSHOP software catalog and IT
Procurement website

eSHOP/SAP MM:
• Increase interaction between super users and departments

Inventory:
• Increase surplus open house awareness
