The Canine Cognition and Human Interaction Lab (https://dogcog.unl.edu) is looking for self-motivated undergraduate assistants for volunteer positions to help with research projects investigating cognition and behavior in pet dogs. Undergraduates will work with other peers to actively engage in conducting experiments by collecting, processing, and presenting data. Opportunities are available for summer 2026 and beyond.
The lab prioritizes an inclusive working environment that respects diverse perspectives and fosters opportunities for underrepresented students to participate in science. If you are interested in applying for this opportunity, contact the lab at unl_cchil@unl.edu by Monday, April 6th.
