In March, PROSPECT S-STEM was grateful to host Margaret Ann Bolick from Clemson University who facilitated an online workshop on norm setting. Margaret interactively described norms, why they are important in groups, and how they can be implemented.

Together, PROSPECT team members worked through an activity in which we co-created some (hypothetical) Professional Learning Community norms, and Margaret provided many resources for how team members can reinforce and revisit the norms to ensure they are meeting the needs of the group.
