Alongside the Collegiate Recovery Community, we hosted three sober tailgates, with food and fun non-alcoholic drinks like italian sodas! Students, faculty, and families joined to enjoy an alcohol-free environment before the game.

We hosted two "Let the Good Times Roll" tabling events outside the Union, and provided students with information on alcoholic beverages and alcohol safety tips. Students participated in trivia questions, tested their ability to measure out a standard drink, and more.

We also started weekly Pop-in Listening Sessions, creating a space for students to engage in wellness and mindfulness activities, connect with on-and-off-campus resources, and facilitate stress relief through destressing activities. We have different locations all around campus every week, for students to pop-in whenever they feel like.

We facilitated many "Hi, How are you" days around campus this semester, and had a great time providing conversations about mental health, and how we can check in on one another to create a community of support! We partnered with several campus organizations for "Hi, How are you" days, including CAPS, NE Youth Suicide Prevention, and Out of The Darkness.

We started 'pawp'-ing up around campus with therapy dogs once a month on both City and East campus-- because an adorable dog can brighten anyone's day!

Many student groups, faculty, and organizations on campus were also REACH-trained!

We had an amazing time this semester engaging with all members of the UNL community and facilitations around mental health, alcohol safety, suicide prevention, and overall well-being. We are looking forward for even more fun events next semester!
