Help! I need to cancel an upcoming event

If your event is still PENDING on NvolveU, you can leave us a comment on that event submission - just tell us you need to cancel due to the recent COVID-19 announcements. We'll deny that request for you.

If your event has been APPROVED on NvolveU, you can still leave us a comment. We'll cancel the event for you on your portal. You can also cancel the event on your portal by clicking "Manage Events" and then Cancel Event. (provided you are in the appropriate administrative position).

Please consider the following:

1. Cancel your space reservations where appropriate.

C. Campus Recreation Spaces: spfeiffer1@unl.edu 402-472-3467

2. If you had contracted vendors, immediately reach out to Melissa Griffith Phelps (mgphelps@unl.edu), if you haven't already. She'll help you cancel and provide some guidance for you.

3. Traveling? Reach out to SOFS to cancel the trip insurance (sscott18@unl.edu).

Can't get to NvolveU or not the original submitter? Email our team (involved@unl.edu) and we'll process the NvolveU cancellation and review your EPR to see who you may need to talk to you and help you along the way.
