As an RSO leader, you’ve got lots of ideas for engaging, valuable events to bring to campus. There’s just one problem: RSO finances can be tight! That’s where UPC Nebraska can help.

UPC Nebraska, a student-run organization funded by student fees, is dedicated to the mission of bringing diverse, educational and entertaining events to enhance the Nebraska community. If you are a Recognized Student Organization (RSO) at UNL that is seeking funding for an event for the current academic year, we encourage you to submit an application to our Fund Allocation Committee.

To be eligible, an event must satisfy three main criteria:

  • Is your event open to all UNL Students?
  • Is your event more than 30 days away?
  • Does your event promote diversity, foster education or provide entertainment for attendees?

Events that satisfy these criteria and that are approved by the committee can be allocated up to $1,500. This presents a great opportunity that an RSO can take advantage of once every two years.

To submit an application, click here and follow the instructions to apply for to the UPC Nebraska Fund Allocation Committee. Contact UPC Nebraska’s External Vice President at UPCExternalVP@unl.edu with any questions.
