RSOs have been very successful when traveling this fall. The University has now shifted to pre-pandemic policy related to domestic travel.
As a reminder, whenever an RSO travels, the RSO needs to complete an Event Planning & Registration form (EPR) on NvolveU and include the necessary Travel Insurance Forms. This form is included in the EPR process. Please submit EPRs for any event as soon as you know foundational details, so our office can help you succeed. EPRs submitted fewer than three business days before the travel will be denied, and the travel not permitted.
All other university travel policies related to COVID-19, including international travel and use of university vehicles, remain in place.
