The Clifton Strengths Institute (CSI) is dedicated to helping faculty, staff, and students learn about their talents for success using the CliftonStrengths assessment. Each year, we recruit, hire, and train Student Strengths Coaches to advance our program through one-on-one coaching conversations and investment in students. After selection, Student Strengths Coaches are invited to join or engage with the CSI Student Advisory Board through community events and leadership opportunities.
Our coaches excel at empowering and inspiring other people, and they challenge their peers to be their best. Coaches are excellent conversationalists who aim to help others grow through their talents and strengths. If this sounds like you, we strongly encourage you to apply! The Student Strengths Coach program is open to all majors and colleges. Applications are due on October 1st at 11:59 pm CT.
