The University of Nebraska–Lincoln’s new Pre-Dental Hygiene Club will hold its first meeting on Wednesday, October 30, from 6:30–7:30 p.m. in Louise Pound Hall Room 25. The event marks the official kickoff of the club, created to connect students interested in pursuing dental hygiene and provide opportunities for professional growth, mentorship, and community involvement.
The meeting will begin with a short introduction and overview of the club’s mission and upcoming plans, followed by a round of dental hygiene trivia, where two winners will receive 7 Brew gift cards. To conclude, attendees will help brainstorm questions for the club’s upcoming guest speaker from the UNMC College of Dental Hygiene.
All students interested in dental hygiene are encouraged to attend, meet fellow students, and learn more about opportunities in the field.
