Husker GROW (Guided Reflection On Work) takes learning to the next level through reflective conversations with student employees and highly engaged student leaders. Brief, structured conversations between students and their supervisor/advisor (or coach, as we refer to them) help connect on-the-job/RSO and leadership experiences to coursework and career ambitions. The primary goal is to “coach” students through their experiences through intentional interactions to reflect on the benefits of work and being in a RSO.
The Husker Grow Team is looking to keep the momentum of a renewed emphasis on the Husker GROW program across campus with another round of coach training sessions in the upcoming weeks.
