RSOs who haven’t executed their events, this is a reminder that to utilize your Abbott dollars you need to comply with the following:

• All activities must be completed and expenses submitted by May 31. No exceptions per grant guidelines outlined.
• Have an approved EPR
• Use funds for what was written in your application as that is what the committee approved. Any substantial changes need to be approved by Veronica Riepe. Without that approval you will forfeit a portion or all of your funding.
• Expenses must be submitted within 30 days of your event. No exceptions.
