The Power of Narratives: An Exploration of Leadership Identity in Emerging Adults is a great opportunity for emerging leaders to share their stories. It is a dissertation study exploring the leadership experiences of emerging leaders and the relationship of family narratives in developing a leadership identity.
Seeking participants who are:
* 19 years of age or older
* Currently enrolled in a Recognized Student Organization
* Self identify as an emerging leader
Participation in this study consists of two in-person interviews. Each interview will last approximately one hour. You will also be asked to keep a journal about your leadership experiences over a 2 to 4 week time period.
Participants will receive a $5 gift card to the Caffina Café located in the City Union.
