It is now time to reserve space for your Fall RSO meetings and events! Submit an EPR starting June 15th to begin the process of reserving space.
Recognized Student Organizations (RSOs) may schedule space one semester in advance for regular RSO meeting and events. The first date a regular meeting may be scheduled for the Fall 2022 semester is June 15th. Space in the Nebraska Union fills up quickly, so submit your EPR ASAP.
It is recommend that your RSO submit all of its meetings that occur on the same day of the week throughout the entire semester on the same EPR. NvolveU allows you to add up to 18 different times/locations within one EPR. As a reminder, Presidents, Treasures, and Primary Programmers can all fill out an EPR for your RSO as long as they are assigned to their position on NvolveU.
