• Charlie Dutton (Wayzata, MN), a senior supply chain management and analytics major, was named student of the month for the College of Business for the month of March 2023!
• Among the fifty teams competing at the Global Case Competition from April 17-21, 2023, the First Place team included Aidan Linder, Supply Chain Management major from Gretna, NE. The team received $5,000 for their winning presentation.
• 4 SCM majors represented UNL in the National Undergraduate Supply Chain Case Competition hosted by the University of Minnesota from March 30 to April 1st, 2023! The team members were Vivian Bui, Patrick Taylor, Bella Tran and Ian Woolway.
• Andrea Curnes, SCM major from Lenexa, KS was part of a group of business students to present deterrence research to a panel of U.S. Strategic Command officials at StratCom headquarters at Offutt Air Force Base in Bellevue
• Jordan Seitz, senior SCM major from Gregory, MI was recognized with an Outstanding Coach Award alongside her co-coach in the Clifton Strengths Institute Recognition Ceremony in May 2022.
• Natalie Karrels, SCM major from Brookfield, WI was the first Army ROTC student at Nebraska to be selected for the Project GO program that develops future military officers’ linguistic and cross-cultural communication skills. She will spend Summer 2023 studying Swahili in Kenya and Tanzania.
• Vivian Bui and Majid Al Harthy both earned their employment readiness certificates (ERC). This certificate is designed to help international students studying business to discover and develop skills to seek internship and job opportunities.
