CAST has transfer peer mentors available to help transfer students get connected, understand UNL’s campus and systems, and learn about succeeding as a transfer student. Interested students should complete the transfer peer mentor match form on the CAST website:

SOCIAL EVENTS
Transfer Peer Mentors plan several social events each semester to help transfer students get connected. After being matches, a transfer peer mentor will share information about events with their mentees. Students should complete the match form on the CAST website.

MONTHLY NEWSLETTER
All transfer students are sent a monthly newsletter from CAST with information about campus supports and transfer student resources. Students receive this newsletter automatically for their first semester at UNL

TAU SIGMA
Tau Sigma is a transfer honor society. Students who transfer 27 credits or more and earn a 3.5 GPA after their first semester at UNL are eligible. Students with questions about Tau Sigma should contact Kenneth Moss, Transfer Coordinator: kenneth.moss@unl.edu.
