Each newsletter I will be sharing tips, campus resources, and skills that can help you personally, academically, and professionally. This newsletter’s highlight is managing finals week stress!

Check out these tips from the University Health Center on strategies to help you manage finals week stress:

1. Take a break and get active
2. Make meals a priority
3. Prioritize your goals and take them one at a time
4. Get some fresh air and sunlight
5. Get support from a professional

Finals week is here! Plan for your final exams by viewing the schedule here:

SUMMER ADVISING! I will be available for advising appointments through the Summer. This summer will look a bit different than past summers. My appointments will be blocked of for New Student Enrollment appointments. If I don’t have a new student scheduled for NSE, that appointment block will open two days in advance for current students to schedule. So you can sign up for an appointment this summer, but only up to two days ahead of time!

This is the last week of drop-in advising-- we will not have drop-ins during the summer!

If you are taking Summer classes, check the academic calendar to make sure you are aware of deadlines tied to the session(s) you are registered for!

*March 7-May 15: Open Registration for Summer Sessions 2022
*April 13-August 21: Open Registration for Fall Semester 2022
*May 9-May 13: Spring Semester Final Exams
*May 14: Spring Semester Undergraduate Commencement

The Academic Calendar has all the dates you should know about for the whole academic year! You can find it here:
