Submit your work to the Nebraska Anthropologist by July 1st!

The Nebraska Anthropologist is an annual journal for the School of Global Integrative Studies that publishes student papers (graduate and undergraduate) on all aspects of Anthropology, Geography, Global Studies, and related fields in the social sciences, humanities, and the arts. There are not many student-run academic journals, and even fewer student-run anthropological journals. We are happy to provide a forum in which anthropologists and other similarly-interested students can present their interests and intellectual work.

All submissions should be sent to the link below for consideration. The manuscript should be under 5,000 words in length (excluding abstract, tables/figures, and references), follow the style of American Antiquity, and contain original research/work.

The deadline for submissions for the 2022 edition of the Nebraska Anthropologist is Friday, July 1, 2022. The publication presents and excellent opportunity to publish and looks great on a resume! Send any questions to the Editor-in-Chief, Bri Petersen (neanthropologist@unl.edu).
