The Greater Omaha Chamber is hosting an “Omaha Employer Excellence Connection Event” on Tuesday, October 28th from 3:00-5:00 pm in the Nebraska Union, Centennial Room. This event is designed to spark authentic connections between Omaha’s leading professionals and talented students from the UNL.
From the Chamber, “This event isn’t about formal interviews or structured recruiting—it’s about building genuine relationships that may grow into future opportunities. Throughout the event, professionals and students will have the chance to engage in open conversations, share experiences, and expand their networks in a relaxed setting. Whether it leads to mentorship, internships, or full-time career opportunities, the real goal is to cultivate meaningful connections that strengthen Omaha’s workforce community.
