Mr. Gary Schroen is coming to Lincoln and he will be interacting with students and doing a podium speech. Gary is one of the most decorated foreign intelligence and operation officers in US history. He served in Syria, Iran, and Afghanistan. Gary was the first US representative into Afghanistan following the 9/11 attacks. He established the working relationships with the Northern Alliance and other groups on the ground that led to the toppling of the Taliban. We are super excited that both he and his wife will be visiting to share their extensive experiences implementing US foreign policy abroad.
