Three SNR students receive Larrick Memorial travel grants

William Avery, Humphrey Kalibo and Taylor Thomas, all SNR graduate students, have been selected to receive David & Anna Larrick Memorial travel awards. The assistance provided by this fund is intended to help recipients pay for travel expenses related to presenting their research and/or other scholarly activities.

Avery is attending the 2014 Global Water for Food Conference in Seattle from Oct. 19-22. His adviser is Trenton Franz.

Kalibo attended the International Union of Forest Research Organization in Salt Lake City from Oct. 5-11. His adviser is Don Rundquist.

Thomas is attending the American Geophysical Union fall meeting in San Francisco from Dec. 15-19. His adviser is Andy Suyker.
