New pre-health and pre-law students are encouraged to attend one of our orientation workshops, designed to provide an overview of their path as a pre-professional student. Pre-Health Orientation: Tuesday, Sept. 6, 4 p.m. - 5 p.m. or Wednesday, Sept. 7, 5 p.m. - 6 p.m. in Love Library South 221

Geared toward new UNL pre-health students, this session will provide an overview of pre-health and discuss questions like: How do I find out what courses I need to take for my pre-health area and how do I plan when to take them? How do I explore different areas of pre-health? How can my co-curricular experiences enhance my application? And much more!

Pre-Law Orientation: Thursday, Sept. 8, 4:30 p.m. - 5:30 p.m. in Love Library South 221

Freshmen through seniors will learn what it means to be pre-law, how to best prepare their undergraduate education for law school success, and what makes a competitive applicant. Small groups will discuss specific timelines for undergraduate preparation for law school admission.
