'Switch' screening is Oct. 5

A free, public screening of "Switch," a documentary about the energy industry, is 3:30 p.m. Oct. 5 in the Bessey Hall auditorium. The screening is organized by Earth and Atmospheric Sciences, and the Conservation and Survey Division of the School of Natural Resources.

The film features and was co-written by Scott Tinker, director of the Bureau of Economic Geology at the University of Texas at Austin. Tinker is an expert on global energy issues and policies. He is also a professor and associate dean of research at UT's School of Geosciences.
