Jerry Lewis’s second directorial endeavor, "The Errand Boy," finds Morty Tashman (Lewis) hired by the CEO of Paramutuel Pictures (Brian Donlevy) to spy on studio employees and report incidents of wastefulness and sloth. Involving a series of “spot gags,” Morty wanders all over the lot, making as much of a nuisance of himself as possible. Even non-Jerry Lewis fans will come down will a case of chuckles.

Movies on the Green runs Thursdays July 14 - Aug. 18. All of the screenings are presented on the grass in front of Kimball Recital Hall, located at 12th and R Streets. Screenings are free and open to the public and begin at dusk (approximately 9 p.m.)
