- The building and all classrooms are unlocked/open Mon-Friday 6:30 a.m. - 10:00 p.m., except major holidays, shut downs, or snow days
- College of Business students or students taking a College of Business course have 24/7 access via their NCard to the entrances, breakout rooms and the attached classroom list (it includes breakout rooms and entrances)
- Students Do Not have access on Home Football game days, Thanksgiving break or Winter break
- Access is cleared at the end of each semester and re-added after the add/drop class date has passed.
For fall semester: students won't have access until after Labor Day
For spring semester: students won't have access until after MLK Day
- Undergrads not taking a summer course in Hawks Hall will not have 24/7 access to the building they will have to come during the above unlock/open times
- Ph.D students will not retain access for the summer unless they are signed up for 1 credit hour for the fall or have an active appointment in SAP
