Want to learn more about actuarial science? The Actuarial Science Program will hold its an inaugural case study competition on Saturday, February 3, 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Students of all levels interested in actuarial science are encouraged to participate. The event features cash prizes, a networking lunch and Q&A with industry subject matter experts. Registration is free!


During the one-day event, you will work with a team to solve an actuarial problem in an entry-level case study developed by the Casualty Actuarial Society. No prior coursework is necessary.

Along with the chance to win a cash prize, the event gives you the opportunity to learn more about the work actuaries do, network with industry professionals, practice your communication skills and enhance your resume.
