ETS High School Scholars & 2021 Grads: Preparing for the Interview Workshop - 7/27, 9am-1pm
This event is for all ETS High School Scholars & 2021 Grads.
This is your opportunity to learn more about finding jobs, applying for jobs, and doing well in the interview!
Scholars are invited to bring a friend that is not in ETS. Those that bring a friend will be entered into a drawing for a prize that includes 4 free pizzas from Mellow Mushroom!
9:00am: Arrive at UNL City Campus - Location TBA
9:15am-10:15am: Preparing for an Interview Program
10:30am-12:00pm: Group rotations through sessions of: Mock Interview, Filling out a Job Application, and Job Search Tips
All ETS Scholars (Middle, High, & 2021 grads) can earn $60 in August by attending at least 6 activities. Activities are open to all scholars unless noted.

8/11: Financial Literacy with Speaker Odell Bizzell on Zoom 6:30p-7:30p: https://go.unl.edu/etsmoney **Open to ANY LPS 6th-12th grade student**
8/20: Back to School Blast at City Impact Building 6:30p-8:30p: https://go.unl.edu/etsblast **You can bring a friend!
8/25: Motivational Speaker: Hoan Do on Zoom 6:30p-7:30p: https://go.unl.edu/etshoando **Open to ANY LPS 6th-12th grade student**
**You can attend any of these, even if you aren't earning the stipend.**
All in person activities will require all in attendance to wear masks regardless of vaccination status (staff, scholars, friends, presenters, volunteers, etc).
