Dayton Heffelfinger started with ETS in October of 2021 as ETS Student Staff, worked as a temporary Education Specialist, and finally became our ETS Graduate Assistant in the fall of 2023 until graduating this May with his Master of Arts Degree in Student Affairs.
He has worked with ETS middle and high school students in a multitude of roles at almost every school. Dayton has made a profound impact on our program, building incredible relationships with students, supporting them in everything they do, planning educational programming over the years, and providing data-driven analysis to our team to help us continually improve what we do.
Dayton will be greatly missed in ETS, but we congratulate him on his amazing achievements!
