To celebrate the holiday season, Educational Talent Search students enjoyed a festive day at Roca Merry Farm, a beloved Nebraska agritourism destination. Scholars explored the farm’s seasonal attractions while learning how agriculture, tourism, and business intersect to create unique career pathways.
Between hands-on exploration, students warmed up with hot chocolate and gathered around open fire pits to roast s’mores—bringing learning and holiday cheer together in a truly memorable way. This special experience was made possible through the generosity of Roca Berry Farm, whose partnership helped students connect classroom learning to real-world opportunities in agriculture and beyond.
