MySupport upgrade postponed

The MySupport ticketing system upgrade, planned for August, is being postponed to the December break. ITS application developers completed training for the new version, set up a test environment, and imported existing data, but determined that known technical issues must first be resolved by the vendor.

“Once we are confident that all issues have been successfully mitigated, we will communicate a timeline for user training sessions and a rollout date,” says Neil Wineman, ITS Director, Client Services.
 
The new version, when implemented, should enhance workflow capabilities, include a mobile-friendly interface, stream line the user interface and eliminate pop-ups.
