Optimization Methods for Transportation Problems (3 Credits)

Course Description: This course focuses on linear optimization methods that can be used to solve a variety of problems. The course emphasizes problem formulation and exact-solution methodologies. Topics include linear programming, simplex method, sensitivity analysis, duality theory, network optimization, integer programming, and interior-point methods. Students will also
learn how to solve models using Julia/JuMP and the Gurobi Solver.
