Graduate Student Course Offering: MECH 810 Viscous Flow I (Advanced Fluid Mechanics)
When: Mon/Wed 3:00-4:15 (adjustable)

Course Prerequisites: MECH 310 or equivalent undergraduate-level fluid mechanics, and sufficient knowledge in engineering mathematics including vector calculation and differential equations.

Course Description
The main purpose of this course is to help you develop a mastery of the underlying principles of fluid mechanics and the ability to solve efficiently a variety of real fluid mechanics problems from first principles. The course presents and illustrates the fundamental laws and the methods and modeling approximations that form the basis of fluid mechanics.
