Bus and van services connect university campuses with full weekday routes and schedules. The university contracts with the City of Lincoln StarTran to provide these bus services at no additional cost for students.
The bus passes are also good for all StarTran routes in the city.
University Parking and Transit Services offers campus van services.
StarTran bus passes are coordinated through Token Transit.
To download the bus pass, follow these steps:

To download the new permit, follow these steps:
• Download the Token Transit App at tokentransit.com/app
• Enter your university email and ID below to receive a StarTran pass by email.
• You will receive an email with next steps from: orders@mail.tokentransit.com, subject line “Redeem Your Transit Pass for StarTran”
• Access the email from your mobile device and tap the TT app icon to redeem and use the pass.
• If you receive an error that your ID does not match the list of valid codes, call UNL Parking and Transit Services at 402-472-1800 and request your NUID be added to the list.
No pass is required to ride campus vans.
