Christian Swanson is currently a junior studying Speech Pathology/Audiology and is originally from Papillion, Nebraska. He has always found it important to help others that surround him and he strives to stay involved in many different community service opportunities. These include The Big Event and the “F” Street Community Center as well as others in Papillion and Omaha.
Larissa Krenk is a junior in Biochemistry/Pre-Optometry from Seward, Nebraska. She believes that the W.H. Thompson Learning Community and the Buffet Foundation give scholars so much that it is important to give back to others. Larissa is also involved in numerous community service events, including Dance Marathon where she serves as a moral captain.

"We, as your Community Service Committee Co-chairs seek your help in planning, facilitating, and attending community service events throughout the school year. Even if you don’t wish to be a part of the committee we appreciate any ideas for community service events that you have. We hope you all consider this wonderful opportunity to not only gain leadership experience, but also help the Lincoln community as well!"
