Learn the truth about supplements, fad diets, and the latest nutrition trends and the effects on your workouts at the "Fuel Your Body: Myth or Fact" workshop from 12:10 to 12:50 p.m. Feb. 26 at the Campus Rec Center.
"Fuel Your Body: Myth or Fact" will offer you the tools to be more knowledgeable about the proper nutrition your body needs for the best workout. Registered dietician, Karen Miller will speak on these topics and attendees will try energy-filled snack samples and recipes to help power up workouts and exercise.
Cost $10 for UNL students/CREC members and $15 for public. Register at the Member Services desk in the Campus Rec Center.
