For the past 65 years, NHRI has been developing the next generation's top leaders and we're seeking outstanding freshman leaders who have passion and talent for positive influence and developing relationships with others. Nebraska Human Resources Institute (NHRI) is a leadership development program at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln that pairs outstanding college leaders with high potential K – 12 student leaders. NHRI's objective is to discover individuals with exceptional capacity to positively influence others and develop their leadership capacity through one-to-one investment relationships.
